DISCLAIMER: $25/month is for one heating and/or cooling system. Homes with multiple systems have a surcharge equal to $17.50 per month for each additional system. A single system is a forced air furnace, stand-alone or with an integrated AC or Heat Pump, or a packaged unit that heats and cools. Filters are not included in the free planned maintenance. Reliant will bill for them separately to your credit card on file. Members are asked to call in and schedule the spring and fall checks and to let Reliant know 24 hours before a scheduled call if the timing will not work. If the technician shows up for the scheduled PM and cannot access the home, a door hanger will indicate our attempt, and the member will be expected to call in to reschedule. There is a $75 missed/non-cancelled service call fee. That fee is generally waived the first time it occurs.
